Warranty

Once the website is launched, Business Reklama provides a 1-year warranty on KLARNET® content management system.

Once the project is accomplished, the Client will receive a free technical support for KLARNET® content management system for 1 year.

At the end of the year the Client can extend the warranty for the next year. The advantages of the extended technical support service include prompt consultations of technical specialists by phone or email, and free updates of KLARNET® CMS (version 4.0 and higher).

If the original warranty period is not extended, the Client can still rely on a helping hand from Business Reklama specialists and receive consultations. All questions of the Client will be taken into consideration.
